Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. If your order is placed before 12pm (PST), your order will likely ship that day. Otherwise, it will ship the following day.

For sure! We’re currently located inside the Chris King factory, in the industrial area of NW Portland. Select “Local Pickup” during checkout and we’ll send you a note to schedule a pickup time.

Yes! We can ship just about anywhere in the world. If your country is not shown in our shipping regions, please reach out and we'll add it. Please note, all shipments are delivered DDU/DAP, and any import duties or taxes owed are your responsibility.

If you misordered an item, or your order incurred damage during shipping, please reach out and we’ll get you sorted. We don’t have an automated return system, but we’re happy to take care of returns and refunds individually.

We're working to list all of the Paragon inventory on our site. Everything we have on-hand should be accurately reflected by the web store by June 31st, 2026. If you don't see what you're looking by then, please reach out.

Would love to! First, check the Dropout Inserts & Hangers section of the store. Use the filters to search by your dropout type. If you're still unable to locate the hanger, send us a note and include a photo of your dropout and we'll do our bes tto advise.

Not currently. At the moment, what you see if what you get. Down the road, we may consider volume based discounts. For now, feel confident knowing that everyone is paying the same retail prices.

If you navigate to our store, and–under “Out of Stock”–select “Show”, that represents the entire, current Reynolds offering. Our aim is to stock as much of Reynolds’ current offering as we can. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, shoot us a note. We have a lot of old stock on hand and may have what you’re looking for.

We do. We offer a 10% discount on orders of 10+ tubes (any combination). The quantity discount is automatically applied at checkout. If you have a larger order (10+ full tubesets), we’d be happy to put you in touch with Reynolds so that you can order direct and receive wholesale pricing.

Sure do! Reynolds titanium was formerly distributed by TiCycles here in Portland, but we've recently acquired the account and inventory. From here on out, all Reynolds butted ti will be offered exclusively by Firsthand.

Please ask! Reynolds has been making bicycle tubing for well over a century. If you have a need for a tube that is not currently offered, it’s likely that Reynolds can produce it. Depending on the request, a minimum order quantity could be as low as 10 tubes, or as many as 50. Reach out and we’ll work through the process together.
