Going forward, we will produce and stock EC44/EC44 head tubes from 90-200mm, in 10mm increments. All other lengths will be discontinued. These head tubes will be re-stocked in July.

Applications:

  • Accepts all 44mm headset cups
  • Forks with 1-1/8" and 1-1/2" straight and tapered steerers, use appropriate headset

Material: 2.000" x .156W 4130 steel tubing

Length: Listed Length +0.25 mm (.010") - 0.5 mm (.020") / -0 to allow for facing after welding

Relief:

  • ID = 45mm
  • OD =
    • Center relief is 1-7/8"
    • Ends are 50mm OD

Bearing Bores:

  • Supplied .5 m (.020") undersize to allow for post-weld reaming
  • Must be finished to size by the frame builder
