Pferd American-pattern, flat files are sold individually by length & cut, without handles.

Flat "machinist" metal files are ideal for various framebuilding tasks. They are especially useful for slotting chainstays and seatstays for tab-style dropout attachment. They can also be used to flatten and smooth various surfaces on frames and forks. We carry Pferd flat metal files in 6, 8, 10-inch lengths, in Second cut.

These Pferd workshop series files are a high-quality, albeit consumable-level item. When taken care of, they'll last many years before needing to be replaced.
