Application:

• Allows frames to be broken down into two pieces for compact transport in an airline-checkable case
  • Typical standard airline maximum size limit is 62" combined (length + width + thickness); standards may vary between airlines and should be verified prior to frame construction
  • Readily available cases measure 8.5" x 26.5" x 31" and 10" x 26" x 26".
• Fits into 1-1/4" stainless steel tubing
• The coupler is meant to be welded within the top or down tube; both ends of the coupler must be machined by the builder to match the inside diameter of the tubing used; a .001" to .002" press fit is ideal.
